Divisional Maintenance Program Manager (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Total Productive Maintenance Manager (m/f/d) (full time) to align and improve our maintenance processes and secure a sustainable optimum between maintenance effort (costs) and equipment efficiency (income) considering max. lifetime of our assets. Your location will be one of our Wood Products mill: Ybbs an der Donau (AT) or Brand (AT) or Bad St. Leonhard (AT) or Zdirec (CZ) or Plana (CZ) or Murow (PL) or Alytus (LTU) or Launkalne (LVA) or Imavrere (EST) or Näpi (EST) or Gruvön (SWE) or Ala (SWE) or Honkalahti (FIN) or Varkaus (FIN) or Amsterdam (NLD). You will report to our Head of Technology.

Your tasks and responsibilities

 

  • Analysis of maintenance performance and departments within our Mills
  • Develop strategic division-wide maintenance plan and mill specific action plans structured in work packages with planned effort and expected benefits
  • Cooperate with external consultants for specific projects as support
  • Consider, communicate and integrate world class maintenance best practices with a special focus on preventive maintenance
  • Develop division wide, virtual maintenance teams in which mill-specific teams share best practices, reports and join together for key projects
  • Trainings, coaching and support of maintenance talents
  • Convince people to do things consequent better from today ongoing by showing “how” and explain “why”
  • Permanent follow up of already agreed processes and act immediately in case of deviations

  • This is an information for Austria as required by law. A performance-related salary based on your qualifications, professional experience and market value. The annual gross salary for this position is minimum € 52.000,-- plus a variable component .

 

Qualifications

 

  • Several years of experience in manufacturing companies and deepl knowledge in maintenance
  • A completed education and technical knowledge
  • Joy in analyzing and improving existing processes
  • Afinity of analytical thinking
  • Good MS-Office skills (especially Excel)
  • Administrative skills and highly structured working method, hands-on mentality
  • Capability to work in international teams and independently
  • Proactive, result oriented, willing to take initiative and responsibility
  • Good English skills (other languges are an advantage)
  • Willingness to travel
