Production Process Specialist (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Production Process Specialist (m/f/d) full time, who will support the successful ramp-up of our current and future coming projects. The position could be located at one of the following sites: Ybbs (AT), Bad St. Leonhard (AT), Zdirec (CZ), Gruvön (SWE). You will be working in Wood Products Division and report to the Continuous Improvement Teamlead, located in Sweden.

Your tasks and responsibilities


  • With a safety-first mindset being fully responsible together with the local project team and the technical project team to ramp-up a new production line according to the project plan
  • Support to develop relevant preventive maintenance plans according to supplier documentation and best practices, both for production operators and professional maintenance department
  • Possibility to act as Process Specialist in your own area of expertise during project ramp-up
  • Establishing, execute and evaluate training plans for both White collars and Blue collars of the new production line to ensure that they are capable to perform all critical tasks by themselves
  • Create, update and maintain all needed training material to fit the structure of our e-learning system in use
  • Drive and support the implementation of a daily management system that allows us to see/solve problems in a sustainable way to drive continuous improvement
  • Support the Product Quality team to implement all needed quality documents in the new production line
  • Share all learnings to enable us to improve for next coming projects
  • Support continuous development of our existing operations when none of above tasks is in priority

  • This is an information for Austria as required by law: we are offering a performance-related salary based on your qualifications, professional experience and market value. The annual gross salary for this position is around € 60.000,00 plus a variable component .




• Capable to work in an international dynamic project environment both independently and in teams

• Good understanding of the processes, products and technology within the wood industry

• Interested to transfer your knowledge to others through coaching and practical trainings

• Experience in TPM, Lean, Six Sigma or Project management is seen as a plus but not mandatory

• Highly motivated to develop own knowledge regarding products and technology within the wood industry

• You easily motivate and inspiring others to get things done

• You are capable to communicate and interact with key stakeholders on all levels

• Good English skills both in written and verbally

• Willingness to travel up to 50% of your working time
