We are currently looking for a candidate for the position of:

Service Support Team Specialist, Master Data and Inventory & Trial

 

Service Support Team (SST) will be the backbone for data reliability and an enabler for further automation and digitalization. Main stakeholders: Customer Excellence Team, Order Fulfilment Expert, Sales Network, Master Data Managements, Logistic and others.  SST will be Centre of Expertise for all activities related to customer Master Data, export of documents & invoicing, inventory and trials area and trade finance’s technical process in accordance with global trade and banking rules.

 

SST will work on continuous improvement and development to meet the vision and benefits of the new operating model. The role of the SST team is to keep relevant data up to date to provide standardization, automation and improving digital services to meet customers’ expectations.

 

 

Location: Warsaw

 

The main responsibilities in this position are:

  • Knowledge of different supply chain models
  • Wide understanding of order fulfilment process and related master data management
  • User right maintenance 
  • Knowhow of Inventory and unit status controls
  • Know-how of using software robots to automate,  manual, data-driven activities
  • Ability to create and deploy critical decision rules and procedures needed to run order fulfilment process
  • Demonstrated ability to create visuals of data on PBI
  • Ability to structure, evaluate and analyze data in order to draw conclusions on business decisions
  • Experience of creating PowerApps is an advantage
  • Prior experience in process optimalization & improvement, automation and/or process mining

 

  An ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

  • University degree or relevant work experience
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant professional experience in the area of Supply Chain/Customer Service/Order fulfilment
  • Good communication skills in both verbal and written English (min. B2), other languages are an advantage.
  • Prior experience in process optimalization & improvement, automation and/or process mining would be an asset.
  • Knowledge of IT-tools used in SST (MS Office, SAP, Fenix, PBI), Celonis would be an advantage
  • Good knowledge of Order fulfilment process
  • Good understanding of topics related to Export Documents
  • End-to-end process understanding
  • Proactive in learning new tools and driving developments
  • Understanding of operational procedures and process flows. Ability to model logical workflows and decision rules
  • Understanding of Terms of Payment and Terms of delivery
