Environmental & Energy Manager

Stora Enso WP is looking for a position Environmental & Energy Manager. Your location will be in Planá (district Tachov) in Czech Republic. You will report to Mill Manager.

As Environmental & Energy Manager you will be responsible for:

  • unit environmental permit and reporting to authorities 
  • unit energy and carbon efficiency development and reporting 
  • asessment of environmental and energy aspects and risks  
  • process and guideline development aligned with divisional and group guidelines, ISO 14001 and ISO 50001 standards 
  • energy review and energy saving action plans 
  • IMS coordination and support with IMS documents 
  • environmental and energy training, internal auditing, external auditing and management review as applicable 
  • waste management

Requirements for applicants: 

  • Mid-level (A level) degree in energy engineering, preferably combined with environmental engineering
  • experience in energy, environment in industry
  • good knowledge in MS Office
  • good communication skills, team player
  • administrative skils and well structured
  • Czech language - native, English – fluent (written and spoken), other languages an advantage
