Senior Developer / Technical Lead, CRM MS Dynamics 365

Come join us at Stora Enso IT & Digitalisation. We provide IT solutions and services to all Stora Enso's divisions and group functions. 
CRM team, is now looking for a highly motivated and customer oriented person to strengthen CRM team. You will work closely with our CRM Managers and the CRM development team as well with our supplier with support and development tasks. 


As a technical lead your responsibilities will be to help your team members with the technical aspects of their jobs, such as coding and programming. You will be the link to explaining new projects to the team and troubleshoot any problems that occur, helping with the overall development. 
We work with agile principles and continuous improvements in order to deliver a high performing and high-quality service. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

 

  • Design, development and maintenance of the global CRM solution and its integrations
  • Working closely with business analyst and project managers to assess business requirements
  • Cooperation and cross collaboration with IT teams and developers
  • Process development, challenge the current way of working. 

 

Qualifications 

 

  •  In order to succeed in this role, you have BSc or equivalent IT degree and 2-5 years of experience in these areas: 
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 (.NET and Javascript), 
  • Two years of prior experience in a relevant position. 
  • The principles of integration (SSIS technology)
  • Analytical skills
