PtP Junior Specialist

Stora Enso Paper is looking for a PtP Junior Specialist. Your location will be in Ostrava. You have an opportunity of working on international level. You will report to PtP manager. If you are a team player this opportunity waits for you.

About the position


As a PtP Junior Specialist you will be responsible for:


  • Management of incoming invoices, credit and debit notes (processing, completeness, correctness) including vendor open items management in SAP

  • Receiving, researching and resolving a variety of routine internal and external inquiries concerning account status, including communicating the resolution of discrepancies

  • Analysis of price/quantity differences for received goods and services

  • Timely completion of period end closing activities for accounts payable

  • Providing supporting documentation for audits when required

  • Close cooperation with other team members and with other Paper Financial Services departments

Skills and qualifications needed in the role:


  • High school education with uderstanding of fundamental financial principles

  • Relevant professional experience in finance area is beneficial

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (esp. Excel)

  • Working knowledge of SAP system (FI module) is beneficial

  • English and Czech (spoken and written) on daily basic - min. intermediate level
