Customer Service Coordinator

We are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator for permanent position to our team in Veitsiluoto Process Service Center. You will be an active member in a team which is taking care of Paper division customer service for nominated markets. 

The customer service coordinator will report directly to team leader.

About the position

As a Customer Service Coordinator your main responsibilities are

•    Coordinator is responsible for executing the order fulfilment process for nominated customers or markets from enquiry to delivery, including dunning. 

•    Actively working with the customer insights, sharing with the respective stakeholders/ functions and integrating the insights into better suited customer solutions  

•    Integration and active usage of Digital service and channel solutions and Robotics supporting customer experience and automatization. 

•    Continuous improvement and performance through Order Fulfilment KPI’s. 

•    Active ambassador for Stora Enso Renewability Story

We are looking for a proactive and result oriented person, who has a bachelor’s degree from a relevant area.

 

Skills and qualifications needed in the role:

•    Earlier customer service or sales experience is an advantage. 

•    Analytical skills combined with customer focus and proactive approach, ability to provide solutions to customer problems 

•    Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to create trust and loyalty. 

•    Flexible attitude and positive mindset 

•    Excellent team player as part of own team and with other functions. 

•    Process driven way of working. Good command of systems, such as Fenix, SAP, LSC, credit management, eFlowOnline or other applicable tools. 

•    Fluent in spoken and written English. In addition, some tasks require Finnish language and some Russian.
