Sample Service Coordinator

Lumipaper NV, part of the Finnish-Swedish group Stora Enso - Packaging Materials division, was founded in Antwerp, in the second largest port in Europe. The site is responsible for cutting Stora Enso paper and packaging material, followed by fast delivery to Western European customers, as well as worldwide for digital formats.


Lumipaper NV was founded to shorten lead times and help customers respond to the changing commercial environment. The converting plant has five fully automatic blade cutter lines, two re-winders and a wrapping line. Majority of the cutting capacity was converted in 2020 to cut Stora Enso packaging material.



To create value to our customers through commercial excellence, samples services in Packaging Materials will be centralised in Lumipaper NV in Antwerp, Belgium. For this new team we are looking for new colleagues for the position:



Sample Service Coordinator



As Sample Service Coordinator you are part of a team that is responsible for the administrative follow-up and operational collection of all sample requests from Packaging Material Division.


You are responsible for a flexible and commercial Sample request handling to maximize sales support in and this in close collaboration with the different Customer Service Centers. You communicate daily with all different stakeholders within the company (Production, Mill Master Planning, Logistics, Customer Service Centers, etc...).

You process the sample request in 24h from order confirmation to delivery-planning. Also the follow-up of the deliveries and the stock of the samples is within your responsibility.



The person we are looking has following skills:


  • Service-minded, a pro-active and commercial attitude
  • Ability to solve problems and propose alternative solutions
  • Capable to work within a dynamic work environment, to handle multiple tasks under time pressure
  • Ability to work with diverse team tasks in an international work environment.
  • Accuracy in handling sensitive products and administrative tasks
  • Fluent in Dutch and English
  • Interest and capability to work with IT-systems - good knowledge of MS Office
