We are on a growth journey and looking for a Production Planner in Imavere Sawmill.

 

As Production Planer you will have to:

 

•    Be responsible for short term production planning - create work orders for production in volume with the focus on production efficiency and delivery performance
•    Update the production plans to meet the production situation
•    Actively follow the plan fulfillment in production
•    Inform the delivery schedule changes to delivery planner well in advance
•    Ensure the rotation of re-run and quality block packages
•    Be Kahuna system main user for mid stock. Assist production Team leaders and operators if needed
•    Participate in daily and weekly Supply Chain and Production Team meetings according to the agreed meeting plan
•    Contribute to the profitable and production efficiency in close cooperation with operation, Operations Improvement, Supply Chain Team and other relevant internal stakeholders
•    Be important part of the continuous process & tools development for the future direction of digitalization and IT development

 

Location: Imavere, Estonia.


In this role we value:
• Minimum of 1-year experience in production, preferably timber industry
• High education recommended
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Good team player in an international environment, and able to build sustainable relationships with all stakeholders
• Flexibility, reliability, self-activity and willingness to learn new things
• Good communication and organizational skills, ability to deal crisis situation
• Fluent English
