Workday Stream Lead, Rewards

We are looking for a workday Stream Lead, Rewards to be part of our Workday implementation journey from the very beginning. You will be part of Stora Enso Group Rewards team and report to VP Global Rewards and Mobility. Your location will be preferably either Helsinki or Stockholm.

About the position

We have chosen the strategic HR technologies to support our vision and want to strengthen our HR community with Workday expertise. 

In the position as Stream Lead, Rewards you will lead design and drive implementation and development of all rewards related functionality and processes in Workday in collaboration with reward process owners and Global Master Data team. You will ensure best fit between process requirements and system capabilities as well as gather and translate requirements from global process owners into system specifications. In this position you will act as highest-level expert in complex Workday compensation related questions and drive efforts to ensure high quality of rewards data in system as well as train internal stakeholders in changes. Furthermore you will influence global process development by providing information on solution opportunities and enhancements.

Are you the one? Firstly, you have experience in Workday HCM core, compensation, and advanced compensation. Furthermore, you have hands-on experience in designing, configuring, and implementing reward processes in Workday as well as in-depth knowledge of core compensation structures, concepts, and processes. We believe that you have experience from implementing processes and systems in a multi-geography environment. As a person, you have the ability to work independently in agile manner with details and tight schedules. You have curiosity for learning and ability to challenge, renew and drive for change. You apply a continuous improvement mindset by focusing on the needs of end users, and by maximizing automation and digitalization opportunities. Your proficiency is based on a bachelor’s or a master’s degree in a relevant area and you communicate fluently in English.
