People Data Analyst

One step closer to reaching our goals is to find a People Data Analyst who will join our HR Modernization team. You will report to Analytics Lead. Location could be Finland, Sweden, Czech, Poland, Latvia, Lithuania or other Stora Enso main locations.

About the position 


The People organization plays a vital part in driving and supporting our strategy execution and business transformation. As our business success in the future will be highly dependent on our ability to develop, attract and retain our people, we need to ensure that we can provide an excellent employee experience for everyone working in the company.
We are currently on the way to implement Workday with scheduled go-live in January 2023. The project includes the following functionalities: Core, compensation, talent, performance and recruiting. On reporting and analytics, we will also use PRISM.

In the Workday People Data Analyst role, you will work with counterparts across Stora Enso HR and business organization. You will be part of a process to define reporting requirements and have the main responsibility to configure the reports according to defined business needs.


In the role you will have the following key responsibilities: 

  • To collect reporting and analytics requirements from various stakeholder and to convert requirements to design proposals and solutions.
  • Design and create metrics and related visualizations to deliver insights to business users.
  • Manage the maintenance, design, development, testing, and deployment of standard and custom Workday reports and dashboards in alignment with business requirements, have a role as a Workday reporting subject matter expert.
  • Ensure data accuracy, privacy and hold understanding of HR data structures.
  • Be part of Workday release upgrade process, including evaluation of new functionalities and their business impact, ensure sufficient testing and plan roadmap for the future.
  • To put efforts on possible business and production issues related to reporting & analytics and seek long term solutions.
  • Ability to reflect to HR policies and governance with report writing.

Who we are looking for  

 

In order to succeed in this role, we see that you have a genuine interest in data and analytics and have strong analytical and data management skills. You are proactive and have self-motivated approach including passion to find and develop solutions with attention to details and ability to use critical thinking. You have the ability to consider report design and development from different persona point of views. You have the skills and willingness to share information and coach colleagues on Workday reporting topics. Your proficiency is based on a university degree or work experience in relatable positions, and we see it preferably if you have 1-2 years’ experience with Workday reports.
