Development Manager, Logistics & Order Fulfilment

We are looking for a Development Manager, Logistics & Order Fulfilment to join our Packaging Solutions Supply Chain and Operational Excellence team. Your location will in one of the Packaging Solutions locations in Europe (e.g., Finland, Sweden, Poland, or Baltics). You will be reporting to Logistics & Order Fulfilment Director.

About the position

 

As we are further expanding our Packaging Solutions business, we are looking for a order fulfilment & logistics professional to drive supply chain development and excellence for new businesses in Packaging Solutions Division. 


In this role your will:

 

•    Design supply chain processes for New Businesses and geographies on a divisional level, and continuously develop and scale them further.
•    Support with operational supply chain related topics towards new businesses and geographies in an agile manner.
•    Provide hands-on support in implementing and improving the processes and tools.
•    Collect and communicate requirements towards stakeholders.
•    Closely co-operate within supply chain and sourcing community.
•    Support in M&A activities
•    Ensure availability of process documentation and training materials
•    Co-operate closely with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

 

Are you the one? Your expertise is based on minimum 3 years of work experience in relevant field in supply chain and sourcing. You hold a BA or MA degree or similar knowledge in a relevant field. You understand sales, production and logistics processes and you have excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with an ability to create and maintain positive working relationships with vendors, suppliers, business, and customers. You are result oriented and you have an ability to set clear targets & deadlines. However, you enjoy fast and constantly changing environment and you have an ability to set and change priorities and perform well under pressure.

 

We are looking for someone who proactively seeks new solutions and thinks outside the box, combined with the ability to construct, and evaluate development plans on a practical level. You have a proved track record of managing projects and implementing new processes and systems in a matrix organisation. You got strong analytical problem-solving skills and ability to extract conclusions from available data. 

 

You communicate fluently in English, other language skills are considered an advantage. This position requires travelling, maximum 1-2 times per month.
