Customer Service Coordinator (temporary)

We are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join our team in Wood Products’ Customer Service Centre Overseas & Mena. Your location can be either in Helsinki, Tallinn, Näpi sawmill or Riga. Part of the team is situated at the same unit with you, whereas other team members are located at different locations. The position is temporary until 31st August 2021, preferably starting as soon as possible.

As a Customer Service Coordinator you will have various coordination tasks in “Order to delivery process”. You will work daily with multiple market areas and you will be the link between the customers, mills, production, logistics, sales and sales office. Co-operating with the sales team and supply chain, you will be taking care of our Order Fulfilment process, assuring high customer satisfaction. 

Your daily tasks will include among others:



  • Contact with Customers, Sales and Sales Offices; Support commercial approach to maximize sales in close contact with the Sales Team
  • Resolve problems and provide practical solutions to customer in a timely manner
  • Receive, process, and confirm orders and offers
  • Creation of invoices and credit notes
  • Export document handling
  • Creation and follow up of reports and statistics
  • Monitor customer credit limits & overdue payments
  • Maintain customer related system data
  • Communication with Sales, Production, Logistics, Supply Chain and various other Stakeholders in the division
  • Contribute to process improvement projects and automation initiatives
  • Work with CRM, Customer Relationship Management

Are you the one? In order to succeed in this role, we expect you to have proactive customer service attitude together with the ability to provide high-quality sales document processing also under time pressure. Your proficiency is based on a degree in commercial area and you have work experience in customer service or similar areas. You communicate fluently in English, other languages are seen as a benefit. You have good MS Office knowledge and your insight about customer’s industry and Stora Enso’s products are considered an advantage.
