Communications Specialist, Financial Communications

We are looking for a new Communications Specialist to join Stora Enso’s Financial Communications. Your location will be Helsinki and you will report to the Head of Financial Communications.

About the position

 

In this role you will be working closely with Stora Enso’s communication, reporting and investor relations teams in preparing our interim and annual reports, and press and stock exchange releases. You will be involved in organising our Annual General Meetings and webcasts, and update and develop our Investor pages online.


Your main responsibilities will include:


•    Support in preparing Stora Enso’s interim and annual reports
•    Preparing and proofreading Stora Enso’s releases
•    Organise our Annual General meetings
•    Developing and updating our online investor content
•    Other communications tasks of a publicly listed company

Who we are looking for 

 

You will thrive in this role if you possess project management skills and ability to work with tight deadlines. You have attention to detail and can ensure correct and timely reporting. Our working language is English, so we hope you are fluent in written and spoken English, but also in Finnish.

 

Skills and qualifications needed in the role:

 

•    University degree in a relevant field, such as business, economics, or communication
•    Over 3 years of relevant experience in a publicly listed company
•    An understanding of disclosure requirements of a listed company
•    Good command of written and spoken English, fluency in Finnish
