Process Expert Project Portfolio Mgmt. and Pipeline Profitability (m/f/d/)

We are on a growth journey and looking for a successor in the role of Process Expert Project Portfolio Mgmt. and Pipeline, who will be responsible for the continuous improvement of the project portfolio system. Creating a handbook and updating the manual will be important part of your duties and this will require about 60% of your worktime.

 

You will be the first contact for users of the Pipeline Profitability functionality. Furthermore, you will need to investigate the calculation´s correctness in our ERP system WPS and work on the development of this crucial functionality.

 

Amongst other, you will ….

  • Support the Head of PMO to utilize the IT solution
  • Create specifications for new developments, and test new features.
  • Help users to overcome challenges with IT Systems (PMO APP, SharePoint solution, Power BI reports).
  • Verify the problems in the IT system, coordinate the bug fixing and passing the description of the problem to IT.
  • Create specifications, test the solutions and train new users

 

Additionally, you will contribute in projects in the role of a process expert.
 
Your responsibility will be to

  • Manage you time allocated to the assigned project in combination with your other Process Expert duties.
  • Propose solutions to address the open process questions.
  • Create the specifications and user stories.
  • Support the IT development which include creating the specifications, testing the new developments, documenting process descriptions, creating of training material, training end-users and fellow WPS support resources.
  • Work closely with other project members.

  • Good business English.

 

Ideally you have …

  • Experience with Project or Project Portfolio Mgmt.
  • Experience within the Wood Products Industry
  • Spanish, Finnish, German, Swedish, Czech, Polish, Russian is an advantage

 
Based on the location, you will report either to Patrick Pohler, acting Team Leader Business Support, Team Central Europe or to Laura Mikkonen, Team Leader Business Support Team Nordic & Baltic. You can be located in any of our Wood Products production sites.
