Process Expert Supply Chain

We are on a growth journey and looking for a successor in the role of Process Expert with focus on Supply Chain


As a Process Expert, you develop, harmonize and standardize our supply chain planning process, our data collection process as well as profitability and lead time measurement. 

You contribute as a expert resource on projects, you create specifications for IT development and you test changes for IT systems related to Supply Chain (mainly WPS and OMP).


You provide also support for WPS end users during your duty on end user support.


You support end users related to questions or challenges with OMP and profitability reporting related IT solutions.


You train and educate supply chain personnel regarding supply chain planning and profitability measurement and related IT solutions.

You overlook certain master data and have the authority to adjust those.

Amongst other, you will:


Help end users:

  • Help users to overcome challenges with IT Systems
  • Verify the problem in the IT system
  • Describe the problem to IT


Process development & related IT changes:

  • Develop, standardize or harmonize supply chain planning processes across mills and borders as a project member
  • Create a specification for IT on needed changes in IT Systems
  • Test such changes in the IT system including creating a test protocol
  • Create descriptions for end users regarding new or changes functionality
  • Train end users on existing processes or new features of the IT system


Additionally, you will contribute in projects in the role of a process expert.

Ideally you have …

  • Experience within the Wood Products Industry
  • Finnish, German, Czech, Polish, Russian is an advantage
