Project Management Office Assistant (PMO)

Stora Enso Wood Product is looking for maternity leave replacement for position Project Management Office Assistant (PMO). Your location will be in Czech Republic (Ždírec nad Doubravou, Planá), in Austria (Brand, Ybbs, Bad St.Leonhard) on in Poland (Murow). You will report to Manager VP Strategy & Business Development.

As PMO Assistant you will be responsible for:

  • maintain PMO data
  • assist the PMO Manager with coordination, scheduling and reporting 
  • support project managers in the preparation of documentation
  • organize trainings for Project Managers
  • monitor and report various activities 
  • planning and executing PMO communication
  • support in PMO Development tasks

Requirements for applicants: 

  • bussiness or technical degree
  • 2+ years project experience
  • experience with MS office (MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outloock)
  • experience with MS Project and Power BI Software is an advantage
  • team player with good communication skills
  • flexibility and willingness to learn new things
  • ability to travel
  • English and German language - spoken and written
