CLT Purchaser & Logistics Specialist

Stora Enso WP Ždírec s.r.o. is looking for a position CLT Purchaser and Logistic Specialist. Your location will be in Ždírec nad Doubravou in Czech Republic and you will be working in Group Functions Division. You will report to Director of Logistics.

As CLT Purchaser and Logistic Specialist you will be responsible for:

  • transport rate tenders, conclude agreements
  • organization/dispatch of special & XL-Transports, special equipment, standart transports
  • just in time deliveries with fixed unloading dates and times
  • daily coordination with key points of interfaces to mill logistics, administration, sales, production, loading etc.
  • finding transport solutions (e.g. combinations, partial loads)
  • monitoring transports and supplier communication related to transports
  • transport cost and performance follow up on detailed and overall level as well as other reporting
  • preparing annual logistics planning to provide input and sync the logistics situation with overall supply chain yearly budged for the business
  • update and communication with sales and potentially other stakeholders concerning transportation requirements and permits, delivery times ad special market conditions

Requirements for applicants:

  • secondary/higher professional or university education (technical, logistic or economics)
  • 2-3 years experience in logistics is an advantage
  • good knowledge of MS Office
  • team player 
  • flexibility and willingness to learn new things
  • good communication and organizational skills
  • Czech native, English – good (written and spoken), German language is an advantage
  • driving license B
